James Duke
He has a proven track record in corporate strategy, funding, proposal and business plan development, market expansion and project management gained through numerous international projects in multiple industry sectors.
His extensive experience in the creation of joint ventures, strategic alliances, collaborative business relationships and innovative partnerships involving governments, NGOs and community groups is complemented by broad federal government contribution program negotiation and management experience with a focus on Indigenous economic development and public safety. James holds a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology and an M.S.W. in Social Services Management.
